Voters will decide two races for Flower Mound Town Council seats in the May 1 elections.

The council called for the election at its Feb. 1 meeting in a procedural step that formally paves the way for the regularly scheduled vote.

The two council positions on the ballot include the mayor’s seat and council member Place 4.
